I install one-way doors on the entry points so squirrels can leave but can't get back in. Once they're out, I return to seal up the holes for good.

I'm Duane. I spent about five years running routes for large national pest companies before starting Green Mountain Pest Services in 2024. I wanted to do the job the way I thought it should be done: take the time to find the real problem, explain it plainly, and charge a fair price.
I'm licensed in Vermont for general pest and rodent control, and I'm the one who shows up at your door. No call centers, no sales pitch.

Before you call
Is the treatment safe for my kids and pets?
I use EPA-registered products and apply them exactly as the label directs, targeted to where pests live rather than sprayed everywhere. Before I start, I'll tell you if anyone needs to stay out of an area and for how long.
Do I have to leave the house?
For most general pest and rodent work, no. Bed bug treatments usually do require you to be out for a few hours. I'll give you a prep sheet ahead of time.
How fast can you come out?
I usually call back the same day and can often get out within a day or two. Wasp nests near doors and bed bugs in lodging get priority.
What if the pests come back?
If covered pests return within your warranty period, I come back and re-treat at no charge. Pest 365 customers get free re-service between scheduled visits.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. One-time service is $300 for any covered pest, no contract needed. Mice and rats usually take 3 services at $300 each to clear out completely. Pest 365 is an annual plan starting at $75 a month for quarterly visits and free callbacks between them.
